ACTION **	I have selected the Surgeon 591 action as the primary action for this tactical rifle build. This action is as good as there is available today. These actions offer extreme durability and flawless function as a result of superior design and consistent tolerances.

	Features: Foot print as compared to Rem. 700, with short or long actions. The receiver body is machined from a solid billet of Aircraft grade 4140. Raceway, and lug seat is wire EDM’d instead of broached. 20 MOA 1913 full-length picatinny rail is integral and perfectly aligned with the action centerline. The bolt/handle is one piece; it’s machined from a solid billet of Aircraft grade 4140and heat treated. A tasteful helical flute is standard on the bolt body. Extractor is M-16 type and stronger than most designs.

BARREL	I use a Match grade stainless steel barrel from Bartlein, Kreiger, Rock Creek or Shilen cut at 22” on a MTU contour. Muzzle break is optional.

STOCK **	Bell and Carlson Medalist Tactical with integral aluminum bedding system. The Medalist comes with adjustable cheek piece for proper cheek/eye placement to scope. Also has 3-way adjustable butt assembly that adjusts for length of pull, cant and height. The forend is tapered for minute elevation adjustments and comes with integral aluminum forearm rail for attachments.

TRIGGER **	Shilen match quality adjusted to a crisp 3.0#

BOTTOM METAL	CDI Precision solid billet 6061 Aluminum hard coat anodized, detachable box magazine uses AICS magazines. 5 or 10 round magazine available.
